Percent exists to elevate real human voices. These guidelines help ensure the platform stays useful, respectful, and authentic for everyone. By using Percent, you agree to follow these community principles.

1. Be Human

Percent is for real people only. All upvotes/downvotes require account verification for a reason — to keep the experience authentic and trustworthy.

• No bots, no automation, no AI-generated reviews
• No impersonating other people or faking identities
• One human = one account

2. Be Honest

Percent is a place for genuine, thoughtful reviews — not spam, hype, or rage-bait.

• Share your real experience, not someone else's
• No paid reviews, no undisclosed promotions
• No mass-reviewing things you haven't actually used/watched/read

3. Be Constructive

Criticism is welcome. Cruelty isn't. Reviews can be funny, passionate, or blunt — but not abusive.

• No hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks
• No bigotry, slurs, or threats
• Don't brigade, dogpile, or manipulate review scores

4. Stay Relevant

Keep it on-topic. Reviews should focus on the specific entity (movie, product, place, etc.) being discussed.

• No off-topic rants or personal drama
• Don't hijack tags or miscategorize reviews
• Memes and jokes are fine — if they add to the review

5. Keep It Clean (Enough)

We're not prudish, but we're not 4chan either. Say what you mean without being gross.

• Avoid explicit content, shock imagery, or graphic violence
• No porn or sexual content, even if "technically" relevant
• Don't post others' private info

6. One Photo Per Review

Percent is designed for simplicity. Keep visuals clear, relevant, and yours.

• No collages, ads, or stock photos
• No screenshots of other reviews
• You must own the rights to whatever you upload

7. Respect the Platform

• Don't exploit bugs, manipulate ratings, or reverse engineer the site
• Don't flood the platform with low-effort content
• Don't create fake entities to promote your own stuff

Violations & Enforcement

We take violations seriously. If you break the rules, we may:

• Remove your content
• Limit your ability to post or interact
• Suspend or permanently ban your account

For serious or repeated violations, we will report behavior to relevant authorities where applicable.
