Percent is a search-first review platform where verified humans can post authentic reviews. You may freely browse and search content, but writing reviews or interacting with others may require email verification.

2. Eligibility

To use Percent, you must:

• Have access to email if you wish to post reviews or interact with content requiring verification

3. Account & Authentication

Percent supports a tiered authentication model:

• Tier 1 (No Auth): Search and read public reviews without logging in
• Tier 2 (Email Auth): Save reviews, follow users, and customize your profile

4. User Content

You retain rights to any text, photo, or metadata you submit. By posting on Percent, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You agree:

• Not to post fake, AI-generated, or misleading content
• Not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material

5. Verified Reviews Only

All user influence on content ranking (e.g., upvotes) requires account verification to combat spam and AI-generated manipulation. This ensures trust in review authenticity.

Percent does not allow:

• Review automation or AI-generated content
• Creating fake accounts or bypassing verification systems
• Misuse of authentication systems

6. Intellectual Property

All Percent trademarks, logos, code, and original content (except user reviews) are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

7. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Circumventing verification systems
• Posting content that violates laws or community standards

We may remove content or limit functionality at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Percent is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of user reviews
• Platform uptime or performance
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Percent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
